Darren on MTV

There was a mini interview on MTV with Darren yesterday, a bit was about the VMA's and the rest about 'Popular'. btw - he looked great (his hair was now brown).

The way he described the making of the video, it appeared it was not staged and I thought it was all an act! [img]eek.gif[/img]
He said they almost got arrested LOL and when he was in that museum (I can't spell it) he would stand motionless and observe people who would then go: 'who's that?! And then someone said 'oh, that mustbe some soup star' [img]tongue.gif[/img]

So, was this all spontaneous? When he got on that bus, did people really not know what was going on and who he was? [img]confused.gif[/img]

Oh! He also said it was the most fun he ever had making a video and that it really captured his personality cos even though some people expect him to be the 'sexy' Darren, that's just not him anymore [img]smile.gif[/img]

What else did he say? I can't remember it all, something about taking a risk with this sound. If aanyone else has seen it and you remember what it was he said there, feel free to add cos my mind has just gone blank.

I think thats why this video is so good, it really seems like the real Darren. I think his is still sexy a more mature sexy but sexy non the less

Some of the video was totally spontaneous Ivana. The stores, the bit in the train station, the wax museum too. The part in the bus wasn't. There was actually a contest for people to win a spot in that bit on the video, so there are some fans and other extras on the bus that were directed to act surprised lol But the rest of the vid.. including being booted out of the shop.. was spontaneous.
